Privacy Policy

Surf One Camp organises 7-night surf weeks in Tamraght, Morocco, hosted at Surf One Hotel. Contact us at hello@surfonecamp.com for anything privacy-related.

When you request a reservation we collect your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, country (optional) and message (optional), plus your chosen week and guest count. When you pay the reservation fee, our payment provider PayPal processes your payment details — we never see or store your card or bank details, only the payment confirmation (order id, amount, date).

We also collect basic technical data (pages visited, device type) via privacy-friendly analytics to improve the site.

Your details are used to handle your reservation request, confirm your week, process your fee payment, and contact you about your stay. We do not sell your data and never share it except with the service providers needed to run the retreat (accommodation, payment processing) or when required by law.

Reservation data is stored securely and kept for up to 5 years for accounting and legal purposes, then deleted. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time via the contact above.

Under the EU GDPR and Moroccan Law 09-08 you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
