Refund Policy

The 10% reservation fee (about $60 USD per guest) paid via PayPal to lock in your booking is strictly non-refundable. It covers planning, reservation handling and your guaranteed place for the week.

If you cancel your confirmed week, the reservation fee is kept and nothing further is owed, since the remaining 90% is only paid upon arrival. Tell us as early as possible — with 30+ days notice we will do our best to move your booking to another available week at no extra cost.

If we must cancel a week (for example for safety or force majeure), you choose between a full refund of everything paid or a free move to another week. If we significantly change the programme, you may cancel for a refund of the fee.

Approved refunds go back to your original PayPal account within 14 days. To request anything under this policy, email hello@surfonecamp.com with your name and week.
